The Toronto Police has arrested a man in a sexual assault investigation.

It is alleged that on Monday, March 22, 2021, a woman employed as a model met with a man at his residence in the Dan Leckie Way and Fort York Boulevard area, for the purpose of a photo shoot in relation to the man’s clothing apparel line. 

The man sexually assaulted the woman.

On Tuesday, May 11, 2021, police arrested Tyvon Whyte, 25, of Toronto. He has been charged with Sexual Assault and is scheduled to appear in court on Wednesday, May 12, 2021

Investigators are concerned there may be additional victims and are asking anyone with information to contact police.
