A Toronto man is accused of breaking into 115 cars parked in the city center. He has  operated from November 2020 to June this year.

A 54-year-old Toronto resident was arrested on Saturday and according to police, a large amount of evidence was found at his home.

Jose Manuel Freitas is charged with 115 car break-ins and 6 car thefts causing approximately $88,848 in damage.
